Mushrooms and Potatoes
These days I’m forced at home and I exhausted my pantry!
Ingredients:
3 large potatoes
mixed mushrooms (I used frozen ones, I had nothing else)
garlic
oil
parsley
bread crumbs
Vegan Parmesan
paprika
Method:
Peel and cut the potatoes into rounds, let them boil for a few minutes, add a little olive oil, garlic and mushrooms and let them cook for about 10 minutes. Add parsley. Take a baking dish and grease it with oil, sparkle a bit of bread crumbs at the bottom and sides, make a layer of potatoes, vegan parmesan, mushrooms, which should have some water left, then potatoes again. Sprinkle with vegan parmesan, bread crumbs, paprika. Bake for about 20 minutes at 180-200 degrees. A golden crust should form on the potatoes.
