Farfalle Pasta with Cauliflower
I’m a little absent in commenting on the recipes but I always follow you…
Ingredients:
spelt pasta (“farfalle” type)
1 cauliflower
1 clove of garlic
1 sprig of rosemary
oil
salt
pepper
Method:
Clean the cauliflower and blanch the florets for 15 minutes in boiling salted water, together with a piece of bread soaked in vinegar (this is to avoid bad smells). Then drain them well.
Heat the garlic and chopped rosemary in a bit oil, add the cauliflower.
Meanwhile, boil the pasta and toss it in pan with the cauliflower for a couple of minutes.
