Spinach Potion

Hi everyone! These days our group met in a unexpected and spectacular way! And when our group meets, culinary experiments start, and raw food rules!

Ingredients:
500 gr of spinach
500 ml of centrifuged celery juice
olives in oil, two tablespoons
mix of crunchy sprouts (chickpeas, red lentils, green beans, azuki)
1 red peppers

Method:
Blend the centrifuged celery juice with spinach at maximum speed to mix the ingredients. Towards the end, add the olives (rinse them a little bit from oil) and blend again. Let it stand for half an hour, possibly on a low temperature radiator.
You can serve it in soup plates, adding sprouts and diced red pepper. A starter to die for!

    Interesting…Popeye’s potion 🙂 Never tasted centrifuged celery on its own, always mixed with something else. I’d also add some seeds and crushed nuts 🙂

    Well… tasty soup to start a meal! I read somewhere that if you combine Vit C with foods rich in iron, the iron in these foods will be best absorbed. So we may add lemon or rocket for instace
