Spicy Valentine’s Hearts
In my previous recipe for Valentine’s Hearts I’ve got some small hearts made of puff pastry leftover from the preparation of that recipe, and this simple method will allow you to use them in an original and intriguing way …
Ingredients:
leftover piece of puff pastry from Valentine’s Hearts
paprika or chile powder (see below)
Method:
Simply take the leftover hearts. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and sprinkle with powdered paprika.
The “bravest” can also use chili powder, but depending on the type of chilli used you can get a tasty snack, or something inedible. Then dare it only if you’re familiar with the chili you use, and if you know that those who will taste the hearts like a very spicy taste.
The chilies used in photography are choreographic, but be careful to place them on the table, as even touching them can spoil the night to someone who then rubs his eyes. I mean, chili is a great ingredient, but should be used with intelligence and experience.
