Seitan with Sesame and Potatoes
Hello everyone! Here’s another experiment of mine… tasted first, and then posted! 😀
Ingredients:
(serves 2)
2 slices (about 150 grams) of traditional seitan
leek
sesame
soy sauce
4 organic potatoes
organic corn oil
salt
Method:
Cook the potatoes in abundant boiling water. Once done, peel them (I usually pass them a little under cold water). Pour a little corn oil in a frying pan, a couple of tablespoons of sesame, leek and cook everything. Add a couple of tablespoons of soy sauce. Meanwhile, cut the seitan into strips and add them to the pan with leek and sesame. When the seitan gets a bit “burnt”, add the potatoes, coarsely cut and let it all flavor. Add more salt and soy sauce, to taste.
