Celery and Peas Creamy Soups

My love for creamy soups is not a mystery …
And there it is my last cremy creation!

Ingredients:
(serves 2)
4 celery stalks
250 gr of frozen peas
some leek or onion slices
water
salt
1 teaspoon of oil

Method:
Fry the leek in the oil.
Add the diced celery and the peas. Add salt, stir and cover with water.
Simmer for 20 minutes and liquidize it well.
I had an helping this evening (served with homemade croutons, made by cutting pieces of whole wheat bread and toasting them in a pan without fats), while I put the other in the fridge, so tomorrow I’ll have my dinner ready!
