Love’s Conchiglie Pasta
Here it is my husband’s latest creation (I call him Love)… a simple pasta dish, very tasty and delicious though…
Ingredients:
rice Conchiglie pasta
1/2 packet of soy cooking cream
2 tablespoons of tahini
1 tablespoon of black olives
1 tablespoon of capers
5 “date” tomatoes, chopped
1 clove of garlic
1 teaspoon of chives
extra virgin olive oil
pepper
chili and nutritional yeast flakes (optional)
Method:
Sauté the garlic in a little oil, add olives, capers, soy cream, tahini, chili, pepper; when almost done, add tomatoes, chopped into pieces.
When the pasta is almost done, drain it, pour it into the pot with the sauce and add the chives. Sauté a few seconds and serve. You may want to sprinkle with nutritional yeast.
