Semolina Fritters
Here they are some delicious semolina fritters. I was inspired by a Hare Krishna’s recipe, modifying it a bit, and the result is excellent.
Ingredients:
200 gr of all purpose flour
200 gr of semolina
100 gr of brown sugar
125 gr of soy yogurt, strawberry flavoured
soy milk
18 gr of baking powder
oil for frying
Method:
Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix. Then, add yogurt and soy milk until you get a thick mixture, of such a consistency that you can pick it with a spoon and pull it down with a second spoon in hot oil. They’re done very quickly, so be careful not to burn them. Eventually I pass them in brown sugar and they’re are ready. The nice thing of these fritters is that the inside is not greasy at all, and while frying the oil doesn’t splah at all. Finally, I’m sorry if I cannot specify the exact quantity of soy milk, but I often add ingredients and I forget to write down the amount.
Greetings to everyone.

My Mum does the same with rice. I think it’s a recipe typical of Tuscany, they do it around the 19th of March
I like the idea of adding strawberry flavoured yogurt
