Hi there! Today I’m proposing you this delicious recipe! ­čÖé Hope you’ll like it…

250 gr of kamut flour
100 gr of soy butter
100 gr of brown sugar
40 gr of potato starch
18 gr of baking powder
2-3 drops of liquid vanilla
60 ml of soy milk
sesame seeds to taste

In a bowl, place butter and sugar and mix well. Add vanilla, potato starch, baking powder, flour and knead; add the soy milk slowly, always stirring it all. Once you’ve got a firm dough, just roll it out with a rolling pin and cut it into disks; dip them into the sesame seeds and bake in a baking pan (lined with baking paper) at 160 degrees for 15\20 minutes.
