Seitan with Orange

Holaaa! Today I wanted to try this recipe that my brother suggested me. I have to say I was a little skeptical about the addition of cinnamon to such a perfect recipe as seitan with orange, but I don’t regret it… therefore, I post this recipe for all those who are “cinnamon addicted”, as I am, or for those who want to taste it!

orange juice (I used these three slices I used 2 oranges)

Flour the seitan slices. Heat a little bit of oil in a frying pan and make the slices brown, first on one side and then the other.  Add the orange juice, add salt to taste and allow for them to caramelize. When they’re almost done, just add a sprinkling of cinnamon (be careful not that much!)
