Coco Choco Pellets
This afternoon I felt like having a sweet treat! so, mixing a few ingredients, I created these pellets! I used to make them with ricotta cheese …but I didn’t have it this time! and I I made them with coconut, they’e so yummy! So, to make them, we need:
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons of soy milk
30 gr of coconut flour
1 tablespoon margarine
1 spoonful of sugar
50 gr dark chocolate
Method:
In a bowl, mix coconut flour with margarine, sugar and milk … the mixture should be quite thick! now shape it into some pellets or into the shape you like best. Arrange them in a dish and let them rest in the freezer, an hour and a half, say … now, melt the chocolate in bain-marie, stick the pellets with a skewer and cover them with melted chocolate! You can also leave the skewer and have them as a lollipop! … the nice thing is, that they are so cold that the chocolate solidifies immediately and you can have them straightaway 🙂 or you can keep in the fridge!
That’s all!
Cheers everybody! 😛
