Celeriac Vegeburger

A recipe dedicated to our Nello, who donates his imagination and the richness of his inner world to this blog.

Ingredients:
1 cup of dehydrated soy mince
1/2 small celeriac
1 boiled potato
1 tbsp of potato starch
1 vegan stock cube
salt
pepper

Method:
Boil the dehydrated soy mince for 10 minutes with the vegan stock cube, wait 10 minutes then drain and squeeze it well.
In a bowl, finely grate the celeriac and mash the potatoes with a fork, add starch, salt and pepper, then create your vegeburgers.
cook with a little extra virgin olive oil
scoff them with some good BBQ sauce, rocket and radishes … enjoy your meal!
