“Three P” Walnut Dip
After the culinary experiments of the last few days, I felt like creating a last generation dip made of walnuts, and I would say that the result satisfied me!
Ingredients:
50 gr soaked walnuts
an abundant sprig of parsley
1 teaspoon of paprika
a sprinkling of pepper
1 coffee cup of water
extra virgin olive oil, a drizzle
Method:
Walnuts are to be peeled and soaked for 24 hours.
Beat all the ingredients to get a smooth cream. Adjust spices to taste.
Spread it to the tops of broccoli with a spoon, and enjoy and enjoy again!
