Corn Penne with Sweet Paprika

A pasta dish, quick and tasty.

corn penne pasta
parsley (the leaves, chopped)
oat cream*
leek (the white part)
smoked tofu or vegan ham
* you can replace it with soy cream, I used this as I wanted a sweeter taste to blend with that of paprika. I self produced it by blending some oat milk with sunflower oil, also because I didn’t have any at home 🙂

In a sauce pan, heat the oat cream with sweet paprika, turmeric and smoked tofu, cut into small pieces.
Slice the white part of leek and place the slices in the water for the pasta.
Once pasta and leek has been drained, season them with chopped parsley leaves and a sprinkling of gomasio.
And someone is crunching its cookies … praying on its knees 🙂
