Dates and Almonds Bon Bons

Was inspired by the new little book I bought and I got myself immediately to work πŸ˜‰ without sugar and flour :-P. Really delicious !!!!!!!!!!!! πŸ˜† And they’re quick to prepare as well, a good idea for Easter πŸ˜‰

100 gr natural organic pitted dates (without added sugar)
100 gr blanched organic almonds
juice of one organic lemon
the tip of a teaspoon of organic cinnamon powder
grated organic coconut as needed

Stone dates, put them in a blender along with lemon juice. Toast the almonds in the oven at 150Β°C for 10 min. Then, add them in a blender and process for a few minutes. If it’s too hard and can’t be minced, add a tablespoon of water. The mixture must be homogeneous and slightly hard. Make some pellets with your hands, take some mixture and then roll them in coconut; place them in small cups and serve πŸ˜‰
Here they are all, nice and ready to be polished off :-)!

Really delicious !!!!!!!! No added sugar and flour πŸ˜› mom and grandma enjoyed them a lot πŸ˜† You can make other variations, such as apricots or figs and hazelnuts and walnuts πŸ˜‰ Roll them in almonds or hazelnuts or cocoa rather than coconut! As you prefer πŸ˜€ To your idea and inspiration, they’re quick to prepare and to finish πŸ˜†
