Pink Power

2 lemons
1 apple
1 banana
20 strawberries
soy milk

This drink is very quick to prepare: after peeling the fruit to be peeled and washed the fruit to be washed, I put everything in a jug and liquidized with a hand blender. With these quantities I think you get about 600 ml of juice, to which I added 400 ml of soymilk. I processed again and added the lemon juice.
I put it in the fridge with rum and served very cold.
With one liter of Pink Power you get about 7-8 glasses, and advice you not to put more rum than this (per glass) or the juice will be too bitter.

To be honest, this wasn’t conceived as something alcoholic, I just wanted to enjoy a nice fruit smoothie for dinner. Then I said to myself  “oh well, all these healthy things make me too healthy, why not add also that rum which says me hello hello from the kitchen cabinet?”
This juice without rum is far too sweet for me, but refreshing and yummy.

A very good idea for a healthy and fresh aperitif 🙂

I like this idea… it’s healthy and “sinful” at the same time. Anyway, delicious
