Green Seduction
This pâté was born from an experiment of mine, and I wanted to propose it to our group. They appreciated!
Ingredients:
250 gr of raw cashews, soaked for 24 hrs
200 gr of thawed peas
2 tablespoons of curry powder
water, as needed
Method:
Drain the cashews and process them in a food processor along with the peas (simply thawed, without cooking them), and a bit of water.
Finally, add the curry powder and blend it to get a smooth cream.
Excellent spread on lettuce leaves stuffed with strips of bell pepper!
