Spelt Summer Salad
Finally the heat has arrived!
And with it the great mixed salads fresh and light!
Ingredients:
250 gr of hulled spelt
mixed salad leaves
1/2 avocado
tomatoes
chickpeas
1 zucchini
1 carrot
1 broccoli survived from the winter
1 clove of garlic
white wine
Method:
After boiling spelt and allowing for it to cool, place it in a bowl with salad, tomatoes, cut into pieces, chickpeas, carrots, broccoli, boiled and cut into small pieces.
Apart, cook the zucchini in a pan with a clove of garlic and a bit of white wine, and, once cooled, add it to the salad.
Finally, add half avocado, diced.
Drizzle with oil and soy sauce.
Hooray to the heat!
