Apricochocolates

During the Easter holidays my camera was on strike, and so I hope to recover some pictures, but I wonder why technological gadgets decide to rest just when you need them! Mysteries of technology! However, leafing through a book of mouth-watering recipes, I tried to veganize one, and this is the result!

Ingredients:
(makes 20)
80 gr of dark chocolate
20 dried apricots
20 blanched almonds

Method:
First of all, keep on hand a sheet of baking paper, where you’ll place your apricochocolates. Then, melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie with a teaspoon of water. When completely melted, dip half of each apricot into it, drain well and place it on the baking paper. Finish with an almond on each apricot. Here it is:

To speed things up, I put the plate in the freezer and, after 2 minutes, the chocolate had already hardened. At this point, I melted again the leftover chocolate and I put it in a makeshift pastry bag, made of rolled baking paper (but it would so be much better to have a proper one). Then I drew some lines on the apricots and then a minute in the freezer again… and voila! Apricochocolates for everyone! Excellent as a snack! Little sin of gluttony with no regrets!
