Carrots with Sauce
This is the first one of a series of appetizers, which I offered during a dinner last night … little by little you’ll see them all … yesterday I indulged myself, I wanted to invent new little things so I blended, mixed .. and voila!
Ingredients:
about 10 of carrots
200 gr of plain soy yogurt
salt
pepper
chive
extra virgin olive oil
apple cider vinegar
lemon juice
black sesame seeds
Method:
Very easy. Prepare a sauce by combining yogurt (I used Soyade) salt, pepper, chives (I had it freeze-dried), lemon juice, a bit of oil and cider vinegar. For the quantities just go to taste, I abounded with apple cider vinegar, which gave it a slightly sour flavour, delicious. In the end add black sesame seeds, that give a nice colour to the dish! Cut the carrots (I sliced them like curls, with a potato peeler) and add the sauce! Leave it to rest for an hour before serving to let them flavour well!
