Pears in Pink

A simple pudding, light and with no added sugar, ideal to complement a hearty lunch or as a tasty snack 🙂

(serves 1)
1 small pear
1 / 2 banana
1 rosebud, washed carefully
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
water, as needed
bran and raisins for garnish

Wash the pear and cook it in the microwave (or in the oven) at 800 watts for 5 minutes. Let it cool and refrigerate.
Blend banana with lemon, a dash of water and the petals of the rose bud (add sugare if you want).
Pour the cream onto the pear and put it in the freezer for about ten minutes.
Decorate with raisins mixed with bran and serve. 🙂
