Pizzaiola Tofu Patties

1 packet of natural tofu (about 250gr)
5 tablespoons of tomato sauce (mine was home made)
1 handful of capers
oregano, to taste
salt and pepper to taste

Crumble the tofu with your hands and place it in the blender with the other ingredients, process well to get a soft mixture. Shape it into pellets, press them slightly and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Then, bake them at 180 Celsius degrees for about 20 minutes, but everyone knows his oven!
I served these patties as a main dish, but they’re delicious as a starter or an appetizer, they’re light but tasty, and since they’re not fried, they’re soft and not crunchy. They are also suitable to be dipped in a rustic sauce or soy yogurt.
