Strawberry Brick

To make this ice cream-sorbet I used some special silicone molds, sold together with the sticks. Of course, fun is guaranteed!

500 gr of strawberries
400 ml of rice milk, vanilla flavoured
2 tablespoons of vanilla icing sugar (cane sugar + vanilla, powdered)

Cut the strawberries into small pieces and liquidize them together with milk. Add the powdered sugar (used as a thickening agent) and blend again. Leave the jug of the liquidizer  and its content in the fridge for 7 hours. Place the ice cream maker in the freezer for the same time.
Activate the ice cream machine, pour the mixture while the blade’s spinning and let it go for 30 minutes.
Using a spatula, put the ice cream into the molds and level. Insert the sticks and leave them in the freezer for several hours. Remove from molds and enjoy.

Ice cream can be also made without the ice cream maker, but the base must be thick enough not to escape from the slot for the stick. You will then need to increase the amount of sugar indicated in the recipe.
