Almonds and Blueberry Muffins
Ingredients:
300 gr of kamut flour
100 gr of almond flour
100 gr of ground almonds
18 gr of baking powder
2 spoons of potato starch
150 gr of brown sugar (I use agave syrup to sweeten, but not everyone likes it)
300 ml of vanilla flavoured soy milk
80 gr of margarine
blueberries
Method:
Mix dry ingredients, then add milk and margarine and mix well. Preheat oven to 180 Celsius degrees, put a bit mixture in the molds, add 4 or 5 blueberries and cover with more mixture. Bake for about 20 minutes.
