Apple Cake
Here’s a simple recipe to wish you a very good week!
Ingredients:
250 gr of rice flour
70 gr of sugar
1 tablespoon of margarine
1 cup of water
9 gr of baking powder
1 apple
Method:
Remove the margarine from the fridge and let it soften at room temperature; in the meantime, weigh the ingredients and turn the oven on to 180°C, so that it’ll be already hot. Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a wooden spoon and add the baking powder last. Pour the mixture into a baking tin of 22 cm diam and decorate the surface with the apple, cut into thin slices. Bake for 30 minutes.

… and it’s gluten free as well! I mean, give that you choose a gluten free baking powder, but I like the idea us using rice flour – I prefer it to common flour
