Sedani Pasta in Good Company

I thought I wouldn’t post this simple recipe, but then, given the result (my husband said it was one of the most delicious pasta he has ever had) … here it is! ๐Ÿ™‚

Ingredients:
(serves 2)
250 grams of wholewheat “sedani” pasta (don’t know yours, but my husband eats a lot, hi hi)
1 vegan frankfurter
300ml of cooking soy cream
1 tablespoon of salted capers, rinsed
1 tablespoon of olives
1 tablespoon of sweetcorn
2 tablespoons of cannellini beans
extra virgin olive oil
tamari
pepper

Method:
Very easy: put the oil in a saucepan, add the frankfurter, cut into small cubes, capers, olives, corn, beans … when the pasta is almost done, but still needs 2 minutes more, add soy cream, tamari (the amount changes, depending on how you want it salty – however I advise you not to add salt in the pasta) and pepper.
Serve and eat immediately now!! ๐Ÿ™‚

The ingredients seem to be chosen randomly, but it’s not true … I thought about how to mix them before experimenting … and the result was absolutely amazing! Try it! ๐Ÿ˜‰

    looks so yummy and tasty… I love the ingredients you used, maybe I’d leave soy cream out and puree part of the beans, so to get a cream. that should give the dish a good degree of creaminess ๐Ÿ™‚
