Vegan Mayonnaise

Guys, I finally managed to make a mayonnaise omnivorous-confusing. I was already satisfied by Concita’s one, I added this one, which I think this is just fabulous!

100 gr of oat cream (or soy cream)
50 gr of organic mixed seeds oil
50 gr of oat milk (or soy)
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of mustard
1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar (optional)

In the jug of the blender, pour cream, oil, milk and whisk for 3 minutes. Add mustard, salt, pepper and vinegar if you wish and blend for 3 minutes longer. Place the mixture into a cup and only then add the lemon juice! Unbelievable, what looked like a mixture not particularly firm, upon contact with the lemon juice becomes a real mayonnaie, really with the right consistency! Try it!

How long does it take to reach the right consistency after adding the lemon juice?
