Lentil Burger
My first burger with the Thermomix! Easy peasy, quick and delicious … in all modesty!
Ingredients:
1 carrot
1 celery stalk
1 / 2 onion
6 mushrooms
1 dried tomatoes
1 handful of olives
fresh herbs (thyme, marjoram, sage, rosemary, bay leaves)
1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast
1 pinch of salt
200 gr of lentils, already cooked
breadcrumbs as needed
side dish: spinach or vegetables, to taste
Method:
Place all the ingredients, except the lentils, in the jug. Chop everything finely, 6 seconds, speed 5. Add the lentils, well-drained, blend again, speed 6, also adding the bread crumbs to get the right consistency. When the mixture is easy to work, then it’ll be ready. Get the dough, divide it into portions and make some small burgers, to be cooked in a frying pan with a little oil. Enjoy them on a bed of sautéed spinach, dressed with olive oil and lemon.

The same result can be achieved with any fairly large mixers. Good burgers to everyone!
