Peaches and Chocolate Delight
A quick dessert with seasonal fruits. I find that peaches marry well with chocolate, and the light caramel gives an additional note. Simple preparation, to be served cold, gievn the weather:-)
Ingredients:
2 small peaches
2 tablespoons of white cane sugar
1 tablespoon of hazelnut flour
1 tablespoon of soya cream
2 tablespoons of unsweetened chocolate powder
Method:
Peel peaches, cut into chunks, and cook them in a tablespoon of sugar. When they’re soft, drain them with a slotted spoon and keep the cooking liquid. Blend them together with two tablespoons of chocolate powder, hazelnut flour, the remaining tablespoon of sugar, soya cream. Pour it in the bowl. In the meantime, caramelize the liquid you set aside, must remain fluid. As soon as it gets lukewarm, add it to the preparation, which you’ve decorated with two slices of peach. Hazelnut flour gives it a unique flavor, if don’t have it, you can just ground the nuts in a food processor, I have a lot of it to finish up! If you want it sweeter, you can increase the amount of sugar. We liked it like this … The amount I wrote is enough for a small bowl, just adjust the quantities if you want more of it. Have a nice day dear chef 🙂 🙂
