Choco and Coffee Pannacotta
I’m back to post something! This recipe is part of the a lunch I prepared for some friends
Ingredients:
(makes 8 cups)
200 gr of dark chocolate, chopped
200 ml of vegan milk
200 ml of vegan whipping cream (Soyatoo)
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 cup sweetened espresso coffee
1.5 teaspoons of agar agar flakes
Method:
Place milk, cream and sugar in a pan, and bring to a boil; then, pour the coffee in. Add the agar agar as well, and let it dissolve, with the heat still on, for 3-4 minutes, stirring thoroughly. Turn the heat off and let it cool a bit; then add the chocolate, chopped into small pieces, mixing it with a whisk to dissolve it and to avoid lumps.
Take 8 cups or moulds, (line them with cling film if you wish to serve the pannacotta removed from the molds on the plates), and fill them with the mixture.
Leave in the fridge at least 4 hours before serving and garnish with the soy cream you have previously whipped.
