Carob and Pistachios Cake
Seems chocolate… but it’s carob!
Ingredients:
love (please abound)
350 gr of flour
50 gr of carob flour
150 gr of malt
80 gr of corn oil
50 gr of raisins
50 gr of chopped hazelnuts
50 gr of whole pistachios
50 gr of pistachios, chopped (for decoration)
baking powder (check the package for quantity)
1 pinch of salt
Method:
Mix all the ingredients, except fo the pistachios to decorate. Bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes. Garnish with chopped pistachios.
Slurp, slurp!
