Mr. Black
I felt like having a good risotto, and since I recently bought the black rice and I’ve never experimented with it, I decided to try it! With this heat, I tried to make something fresh and cheerful, and that’s what I came up with: a nutritious recipe, light and super fast! Enjoy it! 🙂
Ingredients:
60 gr of black rice
1 small block of tofu
1 carrot
1 / 2 courgette
1 fresh ginger root
soy sauce as needed
Method:
Cook the brown rice in unsalted water for the time required (about 30 min, if not pre-cooked). Cut courgette, carrot and ginger into thin slices, and the tofu into strips.
Pour them into a pan and stir-fry it with plenty of soy sauce, not cooking the vegetables too much, but leaving them crispy. Combine them with the rice and enjoy it! The doses are for just one person as I was alone with my cat that definitly snubs tofu … 😀
