Bread with Veggies

With the bread machine. A bread born to recycle some leftover boiled vegetables from the preparation of the veg broth for the weaning of my baby!

Ingredients:
200 gr of pureed vegetables (cooked in water, not steamed)
150 ml of water
80 gr of Manitoba flour (very strong Canadian flour)
150 gr of durum wheat flour
190 gr of white flour
80 gr of cake flour (I had run out of white flour!)
20 gr of dry yeast
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of sugar
1 tablespoon of olive oil

Method:
Pour the ingredients in the order listed above in the bread maker (mine is a ventilated one by Kenwood). Select the appropriate programme (number in my case 1). Wait and eat!

Comment:
I had to use the boiled vegetables (zucchini and carrots) leftover from the preparation of the broth for my baby, I was tired¬† of eating boiled vegetables… and I decided to put them bread! Their taste it’s not strongly perceivable, this vegetables have quite a delicate flavour. In my case, 200 grams of boiled (watery) vegetables replaced 150 ml of water.
