Ginger Noodles
After watching Kung Fu Panda 😀 I felt inspired and I tried to create a sort of oriental recipe, and I must say the experiment came out well! But eating it with chopsticks was quite a challenge!
Ingredients:
1 nest of rice noodles
1 ginger root
1 handful of almonds
1 piece of tofu
1 / 2 zucchini
2 tablespoons of soya cream
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Method:
Coarsely chop the almonds and crush the ginger; then combine them with soya cream. Cut tofu into cubes and stir-fry it. Grate zucchini and add it to tofu. Cook noodles in unsalted water (they take very little time, less than 5 minutes!). Once drained, combine them with tofu and the stir-fried zucchini, adding a bit of soy sauce. Finally, pour the almond and ginger cream previously prepared.
