Smoked Green Sauce

1 bunch of boiled asparagus
1/2 block of smoked tofu
1 tbsp of nutritional yeast flakes
1 pinch of salt
exra virgin olive oil, to taste

Very difficult: put all the ingredients in a blender and process until they’re well blended ­čśë

By now you’ve realized that these are all quick recipes :-). Today, beside this sauce, to spread on nice and big bruschettas, I prepared boiled Swiss chards, seasoned with an emulsion made of lemon, extra virgin olive oil and tamari and a final sprinkling of gomasio. Here they are:

    Hi there! seems nice and tasty, I never remember the existence of asparagus and it’s a pity, they’re so good… I’ll try this one
