Paolo’s Pesto
I dedicate this recipe to Paolo, as these days cannot cook anything but this, and keeps boasting of his culinary skills with this pesto ;-).
Ingredients:
100 gr of tofu
30 gr of almonds
1 / 2 clove of garlic
1 cup soy milk (homemade ;-))
1 tsp of sesame seeds
1 tbsp of nutritional yeast flakes
extra virgin olive oil
chive
salt
1 bunch of basil
150 gr of wholemeal kamut pasta
Method:
Blend tofu with all other ingredients until you get a thick cream. Meanwhile, boil salted water in a pot. Cook the pasta, add pesto and mix it all well with the heat still on, until they blend well together; turn the fire off, add a little olive oil and serve.
Comment:
If Paolo can do it, everyone can do it, because it’s easy and really tasty :-). Of course I say it with love, but please learn a new recipe. These are my rice muffins, with a sweet plum surprise.
Of course, they got stuck to the paper :-(, and these are our trees! If you look closely, there is my basket ready to be filled. Oranges aren’t ripe yet.
Apples are ready
Persimmons, slurp 🙂

… And finally, Paco!
Have a nice day you all.
