Energy Juice

This is one of my variations on the centrifugates. I love the juice of fresh fruit, nothing to do with industrial ones and with the one you buy at the super: just dull imitations, with inevitable additives, of what nature provides us, with such a simplicity.

Full of vitamins and minerals in rapid circulation, they provide an incredible energy! And they take just 5 minutes – excluding the time you need to clean the juice extractor, of course. Great breakfast, tasty snack or unusual appetizer, I prepare it very often for me and my two treasures :-). Here in China we found it also outside our home, during our last trip to Shanghai: whose report, if you’re fascinated by the life and the contradictions of the East, can be found here and here!

(serves 1)
1 celery stalk
1 green pear
1 bunch of white grapes
1 cm fresh ginger

As usual, very easy. Wash the fruit well, cut it so that it fits in the jug, leaving the skins; insert it in the juice extractor and enjoy it straight forward! These ingredients together have been a surprise and now this appreciated combination belong to the weekly repertory in my family!

I look forward to seeing you on my blog then! 😀
