Green Swiss Chard Pâté

Preparing this pâté takes very a little…

Ingredients:
tofu
Swiss chard
extra virgin olive oil
salt or granular vegetable broth

Method:
Put some water in a pot, add salt and bring it to a boil.
Meanwhile, wash some young Swiss chard, the amount depends on how much pâté you want to get.
After washing, aboil it. It takes just a few minutes.
As soon as it’s ready, drain and squeeze it well to remove the excess of water.
In the meantime, put tofu, olive oil and granular vegetable broth in the jug of the food processor, add the Swiss chard and blend all the ingredients, adjusting the flavour depending on your tastes.
The pâté is ready! …
It’s particularly suitable to fill snacks, but also for as an excellent sauce for pasta…
