Burgerello
😀 I have been missing publishing my recipes, but I’m here! Here I am with my favorite burger!!
Ingredients:
(makes 2 burgerelli):
2 tablespoons of cooked barley
mix of vegetables, cut very thin, to fry (carrot, onion, celery and bell pepper)
50 gr of tofu
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
oil, to taste
rosemary and basil (chopped and as a final decoration)
tomatoes, cooked pumpkin, cooked onions (optional, as an accompaniment)
Method:
Simply blend all the ingredients with the hand blender, to get a fairly thick mixture. In case it’s too liquid, add some cornstarch; otherwise add water (I found the right doses, and had no need to add it). Shape the burgers and cook them as you like: baked, or in a pan, with or without fats. Mine has been cooked in the pan without fats, together with some veggies.
I thought that something would have changed in my life the last few weeks, but there’s nothing new… my bosses are still unclear, and I keep on with my normal life 🙁 will there be a time for a change for me??
