Orange Kiwi Squash
More exactly, it is a “centri-squash”, as the ingredients are partly centrifuged and partly squeezed. I often accompany a centrifugate or a squash with a nice porridge in the morning, to finish my breakfast and cheer me up: this was this morning glass!
Ingredients:
1 kiwi
2 clementines
1 orange
ground cinnamon
flaxseeds
Method:
Wash the kiwi and centrifuge it with its skin, along with clementines. Add the orange juice, a bit of cinnamon and some flaxseeds. I never add sugar to drinks, and clementines also make it quite sweet, but if you want, you can also mix in a teaspoon of malt or brown sugar. You just have to enjoy these sips of health! The colours themselves cheer me up!
