Ice cream … again!

2 Fuji apples, cut into small pieces and frozen
1 tablespoon of rehydrated Goji berries
2 rehydrated dates

As usual… blend everything, taking away some soft Goji for the final garnish.

Goji berries are a rich source of protein, they contain all 8 essential amino acids, as well as important minerals like zinc, iron, copper, selenium, germanium and phosphorus. Also, they stand out for their content of beta-carotene and vitamins: B1, B2, B6 and E. In Tibet and Himalayas they’re considered the fruit of longevity, because rich in antioxidants. Also they’re known as a superfood that strengthens the immune system. Do not discard the water from their hydration, it’s a very aromatic drink, a sort of Goji Tea with a distinctive taste!
