Delicious Lilac Sauce

What a goodness, this sauce… 😛

5 tablespoons of chopped purple cabbage
approx 150 gr of tofu
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
1 pinch of dried garlic powdered
3 tbsp of sunflower oil
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
extra virgin of olive oil
water as needed

In a food processor, chop 1/4 of a cabbage and sauté it in a pan, with a dash of extra virgin olive oil, 1 pinch of salt, 1 dash of water, soy sauce, garlic and let it cook for 5 minutes. Put the tofu in a blender and add 5 tablespoons of chopped cabbage, 1 coffee cup of water, sunflower oil and vinegar, and whisk until the sauce gets smooth and soft (add water little by little). Serve on pasta, or for dips or as a filling for sandwiches and toasts, or wherever you prefer! It’s a sauce with bright colour, really delicious! Here it is the photo of the day …
