Porridge “Super”

Now, I can not live without it. I love porridge in all its variations: almonds and dried figs, apple and cranberry, pear and dark chocolate, strawberries and … so on and so forth. This morning, however, I wanted to try a super energy variation: banana, peanut cream and cocoa. 😛

Ingredients:
200 ml of soy milk
25 gr of oat bran
25 gr of oatmeal, minced
10 gr of wheat germ
1 banana
1 teaspoon peanut butter
1 teaspoon of rice malt
cocoa powder, to taste

Method:
Cook bran and oats in milk. Turn it off when it reaches a boil. Pour it into a large bowl and add wheat germ, banana slices​​, peanut butter, rice malt, and finally a sprinkling of cocoa powder. Here it is, a full of energy to start the day! The ideal thing as today, finally, I take Carlotta, which has been lying in my garage for months. 😉 Bye 😀
