Peanuts Cake

So good! 😀

1 cup + 1/2 of whole wheat flour
1 cup + 1/2 of rice milk
16 gr of vegan baking powder
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1 dash of vanilla
2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons of corn oil
50 gr of melted dark chocolate
1 tablespoon of peanut butter
2 handfuls of unsalted peanuts

In a bowl combine flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla, cocoa powder and mix it all with a whip. Add milk, oil, chocolate melted in a baine marie, peanut butter, part of the peanuts and mix everything to get a smooth, homogeneous mixture. Transfer to a cake tin and decorate with the peanuts. Bake at 180°C for 40-45 minutes, toothpick test recommended. A super good cake!! Here’s another shot 😉
