Nuturella
Remember the Nutella? Well, forget it! This is Nuturella, the tastiest hazelnut cream I’ve ever tasted! Preparing it is simple, takes only a few ingredients to get an excellent result! 😀
Ingredients:
200 gr of toasted hazelnuts (skin removed)
3 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon of organic vanilla powder
3 tablespoons of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of malt
2 tablespoons of organic corn germ oil
100 ml of rice milk, or almond
1 tablespoonof coconut flakes
Method:
Toast the hazelnuts in a pan, being careful not to burn them. Place in a cloth and rub them, so as to let them lose their skin. Put the hazelnuts in a food processor along with cocoa, vanilla, sugar, and coconut. Process at the highest speed until you get a soft flour. Add oil, milk and malt, and keep whisking well until you get a creamy and smooth consistency. Transfer to a jar. You can preserve it in the fridge, keeps for 4-5 days. I put it in an airtight jar, wrapped in a cloth and dipped in a pot full of water and boiled for 20 minutes to sterilize it. This way keeps longer. Actually, I wouldn’t have needed to do it… has disappeared in 2 days!! This is a “souvenir” photo.
Bye bye :-D, see you soon! Federica 🙂
